What you should know

Just as the world has changed since the outbreak of a pandemic, so too has the business landscape. Our clients have experienced changes in our service module and will continue to do so in the future. We must adapt to these changes in order to provide them with the best possible service.
Therefore, it is important to adhere to the below information when planning a well deserved holiday or business trip. Don’t worry! We still take care of all the paperwork & logistics, supply chain management processes! Our service still plays an integral part, throughout all visa processes.
It is important to understand that our industry has become even more specialized, and unfortunately until further notice we cannot accommodate all urgent requests. We understand that certain cases require special attention, but your patience and understanding is required. The entire industry is short staffed, including Consulates and Lodgement & third party processing centers. As previously communicated, this too shall pass, but will take time.
The internal processes on how third party Consulates, Government authorities and Lodgement Centers have drastically changed and here are the facts that need to be considered when planning your journey:
- We are here to serve and therefore our internal processes and operations teams are committed to absorb most of the red tape involved throughout the supply chain process, however, the following is essential for each application, each case is individually handled.
- Detailed and up to date requirements need to be submitted to our offices. Travelers are to be educated about additional entry requirements during and after the global Pandemic, they’re here to stay:

- Most countries require travelers to be fully vaccinated, therefore, submit proof of the digital vaccination certificate & proof of travel insurance together with the detailed visa requirements.
Strict visa processing timelines for each country are publicly available on our website. It is subject to change without prior warning and the below information may also influence the outcome:
- Africa – Third party internal appointments are now required before submitting applications. Expect additional delays of at least 5-7 days to the processing time from the date of submission to our depot.
- Americas – Third party internal appointment is now required before submitting applications. Expect additional delays of at least 10-20 days (Canada and South America) to the processing time from the date of appointment. IMPORTANT: U.S. Embassies and Consulates are operating at reduced capacity and currently have limited resources available to process visa applications. The next available slot when applying from South Africa is now well into 2023, therefore, until further notice we cannot assist with USA visas until further notice.
- Asia – Third party internal appointment is now required before submitting applications. Therefore, expect additional delays of at least 10-20 days to the processing time from the date of appointment.
- Australasia – Third party internal appointment is now required before submitting applications. Therefore, expect additional delays of at least 10-20 days to the processing time from the date of appointment.
- Europe – Third party submissions appointments is required before submitting applications. Therefore, expect additional delays of at least 20-30 days to the processing time from the date of appointment. Please speak to your visa Consultant about possible walk-in appointments, even though not a guarantee, there are some Schengen states who assist at additional cost.
